Return Policy

You can return most products for a refund or credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs do apply to the customer as the customer is responsible for the return shipment and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted for a return to be accepted. 

 

All cancelations that occur prior to a tracking number being assigned to the order and emailed to the customer are free. For cancelations that occur after an email has been sent to the customer with tracking information, a late cancelation fee of 20% of the purchase price will apply. 

 

All cancelations must be submitted to FAN LIFE in writing via our "Contact Us" form. 

 

If you have an issue with any product purchased through a dealer of ours (e.g., Fanatics, Rent-A-Center, Home Depot), please communicate directly with the dealer from whom you purchased the product. If you need any help contacting them, just let us know; we’re always happy to help!
